I am getting up in
years now and after surviving a motorcycle accident in the late 80"s,the
aches,pains,soreness of the injury and my old age arthritis came together the
first of the year to greet me. I had constant pain in my neck and shoulder for
years and got to the point where I could not lift my right arm higher than my
shoulder, I would always have the afternoon blahs, be tired and take "Power
Naps". I had difficultly going to sleep because of the pain and waking up with
pains and aches................Then " Advocare" came in my
life.
With the
introduction,guidance and product information from my Advocare Advisor, Jon
Lebaron, I am now pain free. I have full motion of my arms and can now do 30#
arm lifts and curls. My afternoon and early evening power naps are gone
,have lots of energy all day and night and I feel great . My weight continues to
drop and my 25 years ago figure is finally returning.
